Oenodia is the oenology division of Eurodia Industrie S.A.S.
Based near Aix-en-Provence, Eurodia is the global specialist in custom, eco-efficient industrial processes that purify liquids for the food industry (dairy/cheese, sugar, wine) and the other industries embracing the ecological/energy transition (biomass, lithium).
Eurodia entered the wine world through innovation. Its partnership with France’s National Institute for Agricultural Research (INRA) yielded a high-performing technology for stabilizing wines, based on the selective extraction of ions involved in tartaric instability. This led to the creation of the Oenodia brand and its STARS® range, which is still covered by worldwide exclusivity.
